We believe great companies deserve great leaders—and this spring, we had the opportunity to teach hundreds of business owners, executives, and leadership teams across the country how to accomplish that for their organizations.
From regional boardrooms to national conference stages, STP’s team spent the spring connecting with some of the most dynamic leaders in the ESOP, EOS®, and privately held business communities. Whether presenting in packed auditoriums or participating in roundtable dialogues, our focus remained clear: helping companies plan for the future by building the right leadership structures today.
A Season of Insight, Connection, and Impact
Spring 2025 was one of our busiest and most rewarding conference seasons yet. Our team sponsored, attended and presented at more than a dozen industry-leading events across the country and virtually. Each one offered new opportunities to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance meaningful conversations about leadership transitions, executive hiring, succession planning, and sustainable growth.

In-person highlights included:
- The ESOP Association’s New England, Rocky Mountain, Texas/Oklahoma, and MN/Dakotas Chapter Conferences, where we explored governance, succession, and leadership strategy with employee-owned companies across multiple regions.
- The OEOC Annual Conference in Akron, OH, where STP Co-Founder Mike Frommelt led a session on how ESOPs can navigate leadership transitions with clarity and purpose.
- TEA Professionals’ Forum in Charleston, SC, where our team connected with peer advisors and ESOP experts to share best practices and collaborate on the future of employee ownership.
- The EOS® Conference in National Harbor, MD, where STP Co-Founder Mary Nutting and President & Integrator Tony Bednar connected with Visionaries, Integrators, and Implementors focused on learning, growing, and strengthening their EOS® journey.
