Paul is Vice President of the Leadership Solutions practice at Strategic Talent Partners. Paul possesses over two decades of leadership development experience with a career spanning higher education, corporate human resources, and executive coaching. He has provided consultation, facilitation, and project leadership on topics including leadership development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and diversity & inclusion. His MBA in entrepreneurship from the Carlson School of Management undergirds his analytical and collaborative approach to problem solving.
Paul is passionate about coaching and brings a coaching mindset to all of his engagements. He derives energy from working with leaders to unlock insights that simultaneously advance both business performance and the leader’s own professional development. Paul believes that everyone brings a unique skillset to their work and that individuals, teams, and organizations thrive when all employees are positioned to maximize their strengths.
Paul loves spending time with his wife, Barb, and his two boys, Colin and Ellis. Outside of work Paul can often be found on the basketball court, playing in pickup basketball leagues and coaching his son’s travel team. Paul also loves cooking and finds joy in hosting elaborate meals with friends and family.
